We have done plenty of episodes on the topic of health, but this week we decided to talk about the rollercoaster that is ones health journey. Whether it's physical health or mental health it's never perfect. 
We share where we are currently, on our health journeys, what we do to help get out of a lull period, and our "why" for wanting to be healthy. We discuss some of our biggest struggles with our health journeys both mental and physical. Although, we haven't fully overcome a lot of these struggles we discussed where we are at with them and what we do to try and help improve these struggles.

Ouch... 90's kids are now old and uncool?! Yup, we have been replaced. Have you heard the latest word, "cheugy" well, for anyone over the age of 22 it's not your friend. Cheugy essentially means outdated and uncool. It happens fast and it takes no prisoners. One day you're in the next you're out! 

On this weeks episode we are talking about what it feels like to stop knowing the latest trends as soon as they happen or not being the youngest  in the office. Although, it might hurt not being the hottest young thing around there are benefits to aging. We make sure to chat about all the benefits that come with aging and coming into your own. 

We made sure to do that so we could gain some confidence before we crushed our and your feelings by talking about all the uncool "cheugy" things we can't stop doing. Just because you don't get id'd at the bar anymore doesn't mean you have to get a "karen" cut and ask your co-worker who Addison Rae is. We are talking about how to do trends at any age.

We all spend a lot of time focusing on self-help content. We often listen to podcast to help us find our dream jobs, go to the gym to work on our bikini bodies, or shopping to find the perfect outfit. These are all amazing things and something we all do and should continue to do!The point of this episode is not to discourage you to not take care of yourself, we all know you can't give from an empty cup. 

On this episode we want to remind you all to take a minute and instead of focusing on "self-help" content consider focusing on content to help you be a better friend, daughter/son, girlfriend/boyfriend, neighbor, etc. We spend a lot of time focusing on how to be better individuals we forget to be better partners. We talk about ways you can work to give, serve, and support others and ways you can continue to work on these areas of your life.

We like to think college is the pre-game for life. The girls of The Pregame Games really get that. Ileana and Sarah, the Founders of The Pre-Game Games created their own card drinking game after one Summer post-grad. The girls spent the Summer in a beach town with friends and were sick of the usual drinking games, I mean really how many times can someone play King's Cup?!  So, in true post-grad fashion, they chased an idea to create their own.

The Pregame Games is a fun, unique, and entertaining series of pregame cards that help you break the ice with friends, laugh, and make memories! On this episode the girls share their story on how they created the game, what they have learned, and where they are now.

We loved this episode so much we already purchased the Bachelorette addition and will be taking it to Ashley's Bachelorette party!

This week Ashley and Liz talk about first impressions, how to make a good one, how to make someone feel comfortable when making one, and why they are so important. 

Everyone knows personal or professional, just how nerve racking a first impression can be, but also just how important it is. Have you ever been the only girl coming in to make a first impression on a group of girl friends, TERRIFYING! Liz and Ashley talk about how they view they handle these situations if they are the girl coming in to meet the group of girls or what to do if you are the group of girls. 

The girls also chat about how silly first impressions can be. Ever catch yourself saying, "when I first met you I thought you were mean and scary!" but now I know you are SO nice. Ashley and Liz chat about having grace with someone when making a first impression and realize that at the end of the day, they aren't everything and  not always a great representation of someones personality.

Bryce and his friends decided to open a grilled cheese food truck one Summer in college. Little did they know this little food truck would soon turn into 3 physical locations, 2 food trucks, and employee dozens of people!
