Tonight to cap off this season, we are tasting the 2019 Barista Pinotage from South Africa. This wine has more tannins than a little bit with medium acidity,  I love how it just coats your tongue and sits with you for a nice long finish. This wine is a little chewy but I am here for it. Pinotage was created in 1961 in South Africa and it is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cincsault.
