π Pathophysiology

π Diagnosis
β’ Ultrasound: Enlarged ovaries, ascites
β’ Bloods:
ββ FBC (HCT β, WCC β)
ββ U&Es, creatinine (renal)
ββ LFTs
ββ Coagulation screen
β’ Chest X-ray (pleural effusion)
β’ Daily abdominal girth for monitoring
π Management

β’ Oral hydration
β’ Paracetamol for pain

π₯ Moderate/Severe (inpatient):
