In this episode I cover a very sensitive topic that has unfortunately touched (or still does) many us... And that is sport addiction and experiencing eating disorder. I feel like these two tend to go hand in hand but also of course are very much present separetly. I don't think we talk enough about sport addiction, because many times it's not really seen as something unhealthy. We tend to praise people who does a lot of sports or are active & fit. When in reality, sports itself actually don't have much to do with our health - it's about the movement and activities.
