Funny enough, I recorded this episode 2 years ago.  Talk about one of the main topics in this episode and not believing in myself.  So yes, I’m actually 43 now! 

But here we are and I truly hope this resonated with you.  Thanks again for taking time out of your precious life to join me on this journey of mine.

One of the main things I really strongly believe in is, loving yourself and believing in yourself is truly the biggest gift you could give yourself.  It's actually one of the biggest gifts you could give all your loved ones too. 

So listen to this as many times as needed.  It's all about training yourself over and over again.  It's the daily practices that help crawl you out of these places.
It's ok to fall down, but you are the only one that can stand back up.  

Since this recording, my journals are not online anymore.  Stay tuned tho baby, they will be making a comeback as I make my comeback.
