In the first half the episode we talk about two of My personal favorite Anime Films Howls Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke.  In the Second half Crystal talks a bit about the Lia Johnson Situation which opens up our conversation into discussing a bit about Mental Health as it relates to a few different people such as Eugenia Cooney.
