Gabe Petersen is a commercial real estate investor focusing on self-storage facilities and mobile home parks and a podcast host at The Real Estate Investing Club.
Gabe’s career was not always linear, though - after working in the corporate world as a management consultant for nearly a decade, Gabe knew he needed to make a change. His first business was in eCommerce, where he learned the basics of digital marketing and the online world. From there, he started his own freelance marketing agency, which eventually led him to the world of real estate.
Since going all-in on real estate, Gabe has flipped single-family and multifamily properties, wholesaled houses, and grown a portfolio of mobile home / RV parks and self-storage facilities.
Gabe eventually decided to bring his passion for real estate investing and generally living a good life to the world of podcasting, starting a real estate investing podcast in The Real Estate Investing Club.
