As Australia and New Zealand test out the Tasman Travel Bubble that allows Aussies and New Zealanders to travel between the two countries without vaccination or quarantine. The world will be watching.

This bonus episode I talk about the Vaccine Passport and how it will could be used. The views expressed are that of my own. If you disagree, let us have a conversation. As I want to regain my freedom of movement I look to the Vaccine Passport to give that to me.

Are we infringing on peoples rights and freedoms, I don't believe we are, however there is enough debate out there currently to think that we are.

High 5 Adventure works groups, organizations and businesses in finding ways how we can be together end. As Phil points out the company name suggests "High 5's" but because of this pandemic we can't do that.

Working with groups outdoors gives people space, and although everyone is still wearing masks, laughter can be heard by the participants and if you look closely you can see everyone smiling with their eyes.

As this is a travel podcast, we ask Phil about his accent and where he has travelled and what memories he can share with us.

Previously on a bonus Episode, Reboot Travel- Airline Industry, I mentioned that Air Canada had purchased Transat. However, in early April the European Commission would not accept the merger.

Air Transat and Air Canada agreed mutually to part ways from this purchase. It leaves Air Transat wondering how their future looks. 

Travel and the travel industry is changing almost daily and I apologize for my comments that were misleading. It was the truth that I knew at the time and I was pointed in the right direction to find this update.

Ronda at age 53 left a marriage of 22 years, sold everything and bought a back pack and started her Journey to self discovery. With a one-way ticket  to Central America and a desire to volunteer in the deepest jungles, Ronda was able to start to find herself.  Ronda is a solo traveler and travelled to Columbia, Panama and made her way to Machu Picchu in Southern Peru - a place that is on my bucket list.

Ronda is helping women entrepreneurs going through professional/personal transition(s) get outside their comfort zone to travel the globe while working remotely through mentoring and hosting workshops and retreat experiences.

I found Ronda's story inspiring and my hope is that you too find inspiration.

As countries continue to ease travel restrictions, most travelers are unsure of how airlines have prepare for the health and safety of passengers. We here that airlines are moving to full capacity and that doesn't sound like a positive step forward. 

In the US prior to spring break, airlines reported an increase in bookings. While countries like Canada closed down travel to Mexico and the Caribbean for Canadians. This apparently was a mutual agreement between the government and the airline industry here in Canada. 

We also talk about Air Canada's take over of Air Transat and paying 75% less than what was originally offered.  

There are so many different reasons why we travel.  My ancestors travelled to start a new life here in North America. Some people travel to discover themselves, to become one with the planet. Reasons to travel  could be for rest or relaxation.
