Episode 68: On this episode, author and well known hypnotherapist, Dr. Pieter Elsen, joins me to talk about his work in conducting Past Life and Life Between Lives Regression sessions. For over 20 years, Pieter was a Vedic Monk and he channeled his experience as a gifted motivational speaker and in his background in philosophy and international cultural diversity to launch himself into the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy. In 2014, he received his Ph.D. in Transpersonal and Spiritual Counseling. Pieter’s current focus is on past-life and life-between-lives regression sessions and writes and speaks on this topic, in his blog, and on various shows. During the discussion, Pieter talked about how Past Life and Life Between Lives regressions can help people better understand their divine nature and their purpose. During the interview, we discussed reincarnation and why our souls reincarnate multiple times. We also talked about the idea of how we may undergo a life review with our spiritual guides and how we do not need to fear dying, as some people fear judgement when they pass on. Pieter suggests that people can even bare physical scars that can be tied to a previous life.
