Today, we will talk to Laura about her experience as a Pratiloma therapist and we will go through the second part of our interview with her. In case you didn’t listen to the first part yet, i would suggest to listen to that first in the previous episode. In the current season, we will follow a series of interviews with guests that are Pratiloma therapists, previously we talked to Ronda about her experience and also about the topic of psychosomatics, and today we will have our last interview from this series, so that you get a broader understanding about what it means to be a therapist that helps others with the process of recollecting their own past lives. 
Additionally,  at the end of today’s talk we will go into the topic of the energetic support of the Pratiloma method, both for the therapist and the patient.

The therapist and the patient are protected in three different ways, at three different levels, during the regression sessions. The first two ways serve for patient protection while the third one protects the therapist:  

During the Pratiloma regression session the patient is fully conscious at all times. So the first protective level is their free will, which they can exercise throughout the entire session. 

The second protective level or system is the method itself. The default energetic program of Pratiloma-Yana helps the participant unravel memories directly linked to their present while saving them from re-experiencing useless pieces of those memories.

The therapist, too, needs to be protected during the regression session. spaciousness and luminosity block any form of suffering to enter the therapist's consciousness and sets the references for the state of health to be reached by the patient.

The competent Pratiloma therapist understands that repression is the most important, fundamental mechanism of the psyche and will therefore treat the patients's reactions with great understanding.
On the other hand, the therapist, being a Traveller on the healing path, is also a person of limited capacity and patience. More than likely, his emotional balance is tested by the hardships that arise during regression sessions, but compassion drives him to alleviate any suffering of the patient.
The therapist, keeping in mind a few points mentioned below, can be of real help to the patient by committing to put all his knowledge, ability and experience at the service of the physical and mental recovery of the patient.

Illnesses, predisposition to various diseases and the appearance of external harmful factors, accidents, in essence, have a single cause: the imbalance occurred at the psychological level, triggered by the tensions accumulated in the storehouse of consciousness. To use the language of Eastern culture: karma (negative).
Thus, all illnesses - including those carried over from previous lives and inherited genetic abnormalities - can be described as psychosomatic.
Looking deeper into the notion of psychosomatics, this connection may become clearer.
Psychosomatics was the first to take psychological factors into account in the development of diseases. Therefore, psychosomatics is the science that takes into account all possible elements responsible for the onset and progression of the disease, and in the process of curing the disease it does not only focus on the physiological condition of the patient and the symptoms of the disease, but also takes into account the psychological element and the social environment.

In order to restore the lost integrity, the patient has to face again those traumatic memories that, even if he wanted to face, he would not be able to, since his self-defence system has eradicated from the conscious sphere all that could be done.
In order for him to take the step towards being able to confront traumatic memories, of course, he needs help from the outside. As a result, the traumatised person has to express his or her demand to be helped to regain autonomy, i.e. healing. To this end, they must ask for help from a competent person with whom they can enter into a kind of therapy 'partnership'.
As in any other situation, this is the most difficult step, because all traces of trust in fundamental human values have disappeared from the soul of the traumatised person.
Trauma destroys all forms of human values, including trust, and weakens the ability to build bonds with others based on mutual trust. This also applies to the person who is willing to lend a helping hand.
But trust is a human value with which we are endowed from birth and is manifested primarily in human relationships, which is why trust can only be rebuilt through bonds with others.

In order to overcome inhibitions, self-control and rejection mechanisms, it must be known that they have their effects at the level of consciousness.
These involuntary barriers can be removed, i.e. dissolved, by changing the way everyday consciousness works.
The meditative state, i.e. the altered state of consciousness required for regression, essentially means achieving a state different from the ordinary one. In such a state, the boundaries of consciousness extend into the unconscious zone, and thus one can become aware of memories, which is impossible for the ordinary functioning of consciousness; one can even relive all the emotions associated with the memory.
Thus, the above-mentioned factors that block consciousness decrease considerably in intensity in the altered state. Consequently, traumatic memories can be evoked and processed in a controlled way.
In parallel with the altered state of consciousness, the mode of perception also changes. In this state the process of awareness is more concrete, detailed and all-encompassing.
It is important to note that once the regression session is over and the meditative state is over, the memory retains all the details (nothing is erased).

I am very happy to welcome you to a new episode of the Past Lives podcast. Last time we talked about the Pratiloma method and about how this works, and I explained that the Pratiloma spiritual detoxification (purification) takes place in three successive stages: the release of the toxins in the soul, toxin neutralization, and reintegration of the energies through re-interpretation. Today, we will approach the practical side of the method, and I would like to present to you how a Pratiloma session actually takes place, and what programs are there available for patients. 

But before we get to explaining how a session takes place, let’s look at the areas of aplicability of the Pratiloma technique. This may be successfully be applied for: 

neutralizing the constraining effects of traumas (phobias and fears);
transforming the negative, self-destructive patterns of behavior which also have toxic effects on the people with whom the patient gets in contact; 
curing psychosomatic disorders as well as bringing to the surface their causes;  
dissolution of PTSD and various inhibitions; 
sorting out personality disorders (for a serious condition qualified experts should be sought);  
increase of vitality (ability to cope with life's difficulties, following our life's purpose, amplification of our will to live, creativity, and life achievements); 
family relations improvement, as well as with life partner or workmates, etc.; 
understanding and acceptance of existential and socialization problems;  
gaining wisdom (where do we come from, where are we going to, why do we find ourselves in this situation); 
knowing ourselves in more depth;
understanding the interrelation between successive reincarnations, as well as why certain situations repeat during successive lives; 
after the soul's purity is restored one can experience the natural, primary state of consciousness which is an intrinsic condition for spiritual evolution.

I am very happy to welcome you to a new episode of the Past Lives podcast. Last time we talked about all the theoretical aspects discussed in the episodes from season 2, starting from the benefits of applying the Pratiloma technique, continuing with the influence of emotions on our health, the signs of suffering and the way in which this manifests itself, and we finished with the importance of forgiveness. The common point of all these topics is the fact that all the causes from all our problems start in the past, has its effects in the present and determines the potentialities of the events in the future. In order to free ourselves from the predetermination from the past, it is important that we first and foremost get to know our past. We can do that, by using the Pratiloma method. Today’s episode will be dedicated to that, I would like to introduce this method to you. So far we have been talking so much about its use, its effects, and about mine and other people’s experiences in using this method, but we did not get the chance yet to talk about what it actually is. So today, we will do just that. 


The Pratiloma curing process is similar to the phytotherapeutics detoxification process [the detoxification process must follow genuine knowledge]. 

In Phytotherapy, an effective and appropriate detoxification cure that does not lead to complications must start with the dissolution of toxins. Next, the resulting mineral and acid wastes are dissolved (if this second stage is skipped our organs will get an overload of toxic secretions). The final stage consists of washing off these toxins according to professional methods. Once the toxins are washed off, the patient must be provided with the appropriate replenishing quantity of vitamins and minerals. In conclusion, the three successive stages of true detoxification must be executed with accuracy and under the strict supervision of an expert. 

Much like physical detoxification, the Pratiloma spiritual detoxification (purification) takes place in three successive stages: 

1. The Release of the Toxins in the Soul
2. Toxin neutralization
3. Reintegration of the energies through re-interpretation

In the very first season of this podcast I conducted several interviews with people about whom I know they have been through past life recollection experiences, with the purpose of having them share their experience with us, in order to get a better understanding on how do such past recollections using the Pratiloma method of regression work. If you are curious about how that went, please check the full interviews in season 1. 

Later on, in season two, I extracted the most important ideas that were talked about in the interviews, and I elaborated these in detail, using the teachings from the Master’s book that teaches the Pratiloma method. 

Now let’s move on to the topics discussed in the the second episode, in which we talked about the effects of emotions on health. Here, one of the most surprising fact, that worth’s being mentioned again is that 90% of our decisions are based on how we feel and the rational factor reaches a maximum of 10%. Experts were looking for answers in proving that subconscious emotions exist and the most conclusive findings were the trauma related phobias. 

The concluding idea of this episode was the fact that if the blockages are completely unlocked and the energies are released, a spectacular regeneration takes place even if there were more serious distortions in the organism. In such situations the vital force that had been distorted and blocked transforms itself into positive emotional energies, or pure, unaltered vitality.  

In episode 3, we made a short comparison between different therapy methods, and then in the fourth episode we again discussed a very important idea, we talked about signs that we are experiencing suffering, about the effects of traumas (from the current and from past lives) in our current life and how can we overcome that.

Moving on to the fifth episode of this season, there we addressed a more positive and optimistic topic, that of the importance of forgiveness. Sincere forgiveness is the indisputable proof of a noble soul.

As a conclusion, after going through all these topics, it is important to mention that yes, it is true, we cannot change the past, that is for sure. However, what we can change, it is the influence of the past on the present. The past is active in the present, it is present in the present and it (isi exercita) its effect in the current life. In addition to this, it is also important to be aware of the ciclic repetition of events in our life. As I stated in the beginning of the episode, we can actually know our own fate if we can grasp the cycles and the frequency of these cycles of events in our lives.  The potentiatlity of the events in the future has its source in the choices that we make in the present and in the deeds that we have done on the past, these three aspects of the time dimension being totally interdependent.

Welcome back to a new episode of the ‘Past Lives’ podcast! I am very happy to welcome you back to season two of our series, in which we are elaborating theoretical aspects of the human life, after in season 1 I conducted several interviews with people who experienced past life recollections and shared what they have been through with us. In the interview I conducted with Raphaela, she highlighted a very important idea, she stated the fact that forgiveness gave her freedom. At the end of that episode I briefly talked at the end about the importance of forgiveness, but today we will elaborate in detail on that.

Most people don't accept the idea of forgiveness, fearing that forgiveness means they have to overlook what happened. But in fact, the fear comes from the mistaken thought that forgiveness might have an encouraging effect on the perpetrator, and he would be like that again, and exposed to further suffering. Others argue that if they were able to forget the harm done to them, they might also forgive. Of course this is by default so because if the suffering has been forgotten, there is no need for forgiveness.

Sincere forgiveness is the indisputable proof of a noble soul.
