Do you ever get triggered by people, whom you don't even know? If so, as it was with me, you may be projecting your past onto your present. This is done with people, situations, experiences, and even things. When we understand that the mind is just a memory bank of past experiences, we can go back to find the "record" that is triggering this response within us. Doing so gives us more emotional elasticity and opens us up to the unfolding experience.
