I found that I was constantly depressed and couldn't find out why. It just kept happening even as a teenager very depressed. So along my journey, I went I tried to learn different things and rediscover myself.
But basically, I went through some counselling because I was very depressed and I was going through some stuff, and the more I evolved, and the more I got rid of a lot of the dysfunction that I grew up in, I was able to make space for my soul to really expand.
