Valuable wisdom is gleaned from what may be the last book of the Bible, chronologically, which is 3rd JOHN.

Being everything we were created to be, nothing more and nothing less, is what this sermon is all about. From creation to the fall, to our redemption in Christ and His ongoing work of sanctification in our lives, the truth is declared concerning our need for total dependance upon God at all times.

Often there are conflicting winds of doctrine to distract us from the true truth of Jesus Christ, but we must always stand firm for His truth while not giving up on loving others.

Being dead in trespasses and sins was humanity's position before God, until Jesus Christ came and took our place in dying as our representative and then arising from the dead as our justification; giving us a new position in Him, raised up and justified, forgiven and redeemed, transformed and made new.

In our first of two lessons from John's Second Letter, the truth is declared concerning the eternal nature of God's truth and our need to communicate it in love with wisdom; because one without the other would be incomplete.

You are a worshipper because we have been ordained to worship and our Lord is worthy of receiving such. As our Savior and King, it is a joy to express our honor to Him. In this sermon, truths are communicated concerning several prophecies fulfilled at Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem - on the very first Palm Sunday - and how they give us more reasons for worshipping Him.

After being accused of blasphemy - for saying He and His Father were one - Jesus graciously responded with quoting part of PSALM 82:6. In His application of this passage, which He said was unbreakable Scripture, Christ was honoring His accusers, by saying they were gods. In this sermon, the truth behind this statement is understood more clearly by looking at all of PSALM 82, as well as to how it applies to our own identity and function as New Testament believers.
