Today's Service is based on the text: Mark 6:45-56.  You've heard (and probably said), "God won't give your more than you can handle," but God never promised that! Actually, He promised just the opposite, so what do we do when He does give us more?

Sometimes, it seems like we’re looking at the world in a funhouse mirror. Precise truth becomes impossible. But through the lens of the Gospel, all becomes clear.

The Kingdom of God is among us, and our world has trouble seeing it, but those who can see it, see everything differently.

The life of Saint Paul and his companions wasn’t easy, but through their hardships, they saw God’s hand in their lives. Would that we were more eager to see God’s hand than to have the ease that the world offers!
