Jesus is alive and working on our behalf. He is the light in our darkness. Instead of running from difficult times, employ praise! Anchor your faith in Jesus and praise your way out of the valley. Be like the psalmist, be confident that angels are encamped all around you. Taste and see God is good.

God asks many to go into the wilderness. They go, there they receive victory by the hand of the Almighty Father. We may think that the wilderness is barren, full of rocks, sand, and bushes. That it is incapable of producing anything but hardship. When we go into the wilderness with God, there we will inherit the victory. Praise the LORD!

An exciting thought is that victory is coming. The true battle ground is when we are asked to trust God. As we do we soon find out we have overcome! We learn we are not going to die in the wilderness. Do you want your victory? Then believe in the LORD. Let us rise up together and sing and give praise unto to the LORD!

God promises victory even if the opposition seems too large to overcome on our own. Pastor Braddock compares 20th chapter of 2 Chronicles with the 23rd Psalms.

How do you deal with fear and weighty problems? Call a fast and pray, then follow the example in 2 Chronicles 20. Take notice when the Prophet speaks, listen to the priest give God glory,  see the people bow, and hear the anointed singer praise God. Last see the victory of God at hand.

Have you ever misplaced something? Pastor Braddock reminds us not to leave Jesus behind. If we do, go back to where we left Him. Find your first love. Let there be blessing, glory, honor, and power to the Lamb who sits on the throne. 

The power of Holy Spirit fell on those who gather in the Upper Room on the day of Pentecost. We can ask ourselves today, are we still thirsty for the only one who can satisfy us?  Will we still wait and tarry to experience Him? Will we say yes to be a witness for Jesus?  Let us act on our faith, empower by Holy Spirit, for the rest of our days.

We still experience the benefits that comes from Jesus's anointing. The Spirit of the Lord is upon Him. We can carry His anointing still today.
