Before David defeated goliath he had two key experiences with God’s protection.David killed a lion and a bear that were attempting to devour his sheep.In both situations God saw him through.One key thing that we must recongnize,is that David wasn’t afraid to show up to the battle because he knows ultimately God is in control.
