In the Old testament, the most important job of the high priest was to conduct the service on the Day of Atonement, the tenth day of the seventh month of every year. Only he was allowed to enter the Most Holy Place behind the veil to stand before God. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and if we believe in him, we can have a personal relationship with God with no need of a high priest to intercede for us. Pastor Hornbuckle message today entitled “Is there anything too hard for the Lord” will focus on the importance of having a personal and honest relationship with God.
(Commentators Intro)
A few years ago I struggled with an addiction to pornography. I was able to conceal this addiction for quite some time. As a result, I was held hostage by this secret. So I put on the mask of having it all together. Eventually, my sin caught up to me and I was at the point where I needed to make a decision. Do I continue to lie to myself? Or confess my sin and remove my mask. I choose the latter. Since then my relationship with God has become stronger. Sis Cassey St.Rose message entitled the “Masquerade” will help explain why it is important as believers to remove any false mask.
Have you ever assembled a desk or a piece furniture and attempted do so without reading the instructions? Initially I had all good intentions to follow the instructions, however the instructions seemed quite odd. So I foolishly proceeded to assemble the furniture solely based on the picture displayed on the box.Needless I didn’t get very far.The same can said about God’s instructions. It’s important that heed and follow them precisely.Pastor Hornbuckle’s message today entitled "Following God’s Instructions” will help guide us in how this can be accomplished.
There is one thing for certain that we count on, is that change will come. Our growth in christ requires it. Saints we must understand that God is in control even in the midst of our trials. Matthew verse 23 states jesus and his disciples were on a boat crossing the sea, when a great storm arose and the disciples woke jesus in fear that they may perish. And he said to them,“Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
James 1:6 but when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. The promises of God,are true certain and forever unchanging. Often times our personal fear and doubt prevents us from moving forward and trusting God at his word. However if your are listening today,Sister Eureka Mccrae has powerful message for you entitled “The Process."
Exodus 6:7 I will take you as My people, and I will be your God. You will know that I am Yahweh your God, who delivered you from the forced labor of the Egyptians. God is faithful to his word and he cannot lie. However our faith in God can be wavered by circumstances or even our own personal doubt.Minister Duncanson message today entitled “God’s Trial” depicts a court case where God defends his faithfulness to israel.

Mark 10:17-27 describes the rich young ruler’s encounter with Jesus. The rich young ruler mentioned to Jesus that he has been faithful to the 10 commandments and wanted to know more he could do. Jesus replied sell all your possessions and follow me. The young ruler walked away troubled by this response.
