Many of the miracles that appeared on the surface as instant miracles, did not exactly come easy the way we think. There had beens meticulous obedience, stubborn faith, serious fastings and prayers and sometimes prolonged pain and sorrows.

Nehemiah was a bold, wise, and decisive leader. He was a man of ability, courage and perseverance. He had passion for his people. He fasted and prayed for several days because of his people. Oh God, give us good leaders.

One way or the other, abominable information will come, either about your family or church member (as a pastor), et cetera. When such things happen, intercessory prayers will play vital role. Spend time on your knees and intercede. Victory is sure in Jesus name.

When a herbalist deceived a born again sister into marital relationship, when an armed robber pretends to be born again and join a church to be able to study where moneys is kept and finally when a so called Pastor engages inoccultism and is leading a church; it is a mixture of the holy and the unholy. Intercessors must swing into action.

It is not enough to dance for the Lord and sing as an appreciation for His goodness. It will be more appropriate if we can give tangible gifts as evidence of appreciation.

Always have a DEFINITE REASON for fasting. You cannot be disciplining yourself by abstaining from food and / or water without a purpose.

Rather than spend long hours praying so that evil arrows should be diverted, why can't you engage yourself in working for God- evangelising, interceding for others salvation, healing, restoration, revival et cetera. Then, pray that the hand of the Lord should continue with you.

It is not enough to have a degree in a profession. It is more important to be skilled in the profession. What you are doing now, are you skilled in it?

But the eyes of their God was upon them and the enemies could not stop them.

I see the eyes of the Lord going with you today. I see you becoming unstoppable for the enemy now.
