Tell Hell No!

Stop letting the enemy bully you. Make a place in your home where you can meet with and commune with the Lord daily. Let the presence of God rest in your home, so that when calamity strikes you will be ready to fight. You will be able to see what He sees, say what He says, and do what He does. You will be able to stand in faith, and Tell Hell No!

When the woman from Shunem constrained the prophet to come to her home to eat she was pursuing the presence of God, the Spirit of God, the Word of God. She looked past what she lacked and instead pursued God out of gratitude for what she had. She prepared a place of peace for God in her home. From that place He spoke to the need that she had buried in the graveyard of disappointment. It's time to pursue God with a deep passion once more. Oh God, "I Can't Let You Go!"

Offense has the power to shut you up and shut you down. The devil will erect fences of offenses to keep you out of your promise. When the opportunity for offense comes, resist it! Don't let it slay you. God is faithful. Press on with humility and bravery and receive the promise that is waiting for you on the other side. Rachel was preferred by man, but Leah was favored by God. We must look beneath the surface to find the gold that God has hidden in earthen vessels. Leah was tolerated but not celebrated. If you feel simply tolerated know that the Father fights for you.

God is calling us to arise and shine our lights in the darkness around us. To do this, we must give Him our painful past and trust Him with our future. God is stirring us up because our light has come. His glory is upon us to empower us and to help us accomplish those things He has called us to do. Darkness is covering the earth and the time for your light is at hand!

The manifestation of the power of God through us is limited only by us - what we can receive and conceive. God prepares us for the fruit of answered prayer by cleansing the things around us, on us, and inside of us. Once we have been cleansed we can produce much fruit. All things become possible because of our divine connection.

In the scriptures Jesus says that He is the vine and God is the husbandman. Another name for husbandman is vinedresser. A vinedresser prunes, trains, and cultivates the vine so that it may reach its full potential. The Father is our Vinedresser. He knows what we need so that we can effectively travel the path He has set for us. Confusion sets into our lives when we stop submitting to His caretaking and try to go another way. Instead we need to get God's word in us and submit to the moving of His Spirit upon it. This message is entitled "Wash Me".
