United We Stand, Divided We Fall

We sit on the throne of our own kingdom - the one within. When we line our kingdom up with the Kingdom of God all of the authority and resources of His kingdom come to us. We must submit to Jesus and let Him rule through us. This message is part 8 in the series, Rediscovering the Kingdom". It is subtitled, "The Kingdom Within".

No man can serve two masters. We cannot have divided loyalty and expect to receive from God. We must fully pursue the kingdom of God and submit those rebellious parts of ourselves to Him. As we do this we will see the manifestation of the Kingdom of God in us and around us. Today's title is "Whose Side Are You On". it is part 7 of the series Rediscovering the Kingdom.

In this parables we'll discover our role in the Kingdom of Heaven and how it impacts the world around us. Jesus has sown us as children of light into a dark world. The end is going to be glorious. We'll encounter some bumps along the way. But don't worry we got the victory in Jesus Might Name.

Our time on this earth is brief. Use it wisely. Let us use our days to nurture our relationships with God and each other and to fulfill the purpose for which we were created.

The world is a dark place, and it is getting darker. Jesus commissioned us to be the light of the world. That is our purpose. Our light is evident in our conversations and our actions. The way we live can either draw people to God or drive them away from Him. We must remember our purpose. We must be the light of the world. Don't let anything extinguish your light.

God made us to be conquerors and overcomers. How do we get there? We must bring our flesh - which is governed by our soul - into alignment with the Holy Spirit. When we believe in Jesus the Word proclaims that we become the righteousness of God. The Father looks at the real us and sees perfection. How do we get our flesh to agree? We pursue righteousness in our daily lives. As our flesh and spirit agree we can cry out to God, and He will deliver us out of all of our afflictions. He will add to us those things we need in this life.
