Darkness is a trap and snare. It often entices us into an unwanted life of pain and suffering. Unfortunately it won't just go away on its own. Often it's like sticky fly paper that's almost impossible to shake off. If we really want it out then there's only one way to deal with it. We must confront the darkness with the light of God. Our world is full of enticing choices and all of them are designed to capture our focus. Because there are so many choices, we don't make a decision at all. Instead we spread ourselves thin over several of them then call it multitasking. This approach may work for the world but it falls short with Christ. It's time for us to give Christ our full focus and attention. It's time to be All In.

When I think about deliverance, I think of Christ. The scriptures say Jesus suffered so we could be healed, delivered, set free, and experience eternal life. He endured unspeakable pain so that we would have peace with God. Surely He has done this for the entire world and for every generation.
