My name is Dr. Kaylarge Eloi. I am the lead healthcare management faculty at Martin University in Indianapolis, Indiana. I am the host today for a special edition of the Martin Insider Fulbright edition. I am here with Dr. Eyasu Hailu Tamene from Ethiopia, he's a visiting Fulbright scholar, and his research is on sign language use in Ethiopia.

Martin WORKS is Indiana’s only urban work college program. In this program, our students have the opportunity to earn and learn, broadening their work experience with the goal of solidifying a permanent position with an Employer Partner while completing their degree.
