In my travels this past week I had a great time meeting with pastors and ministry leaders discussing how I could help them grow their churches and live healthy lifestyles. One pastor, in particular, was refreshing, encouraging, and gave me life simply because he positions himself to be teachable. It wasn't because he was young, inexperienced, or clueless. In fact, his ministry experience was far greater than my own, and his wisdom was incredible, yet he postured himself to learn from me and was able to see results the next morning in his service.
In today's episode, we are going to discuss the two keys to remaining teachable, no matter how long you have been in ministry. Because once we stop being teachable we cease to learn and grow. When that happens, we face a reality of stagnation and ministry ineffectiveness.
