Football showed up this week like it pregamed too hard. The Bills beat the Chiefs and I'm not convinced that's a good thing, kickers suddenly think they're gods, and teams are out here wearing uniforms that should be illegal. Come on the Back of the Week included. Chaos everywhere.

The NFL took a nap this week and dragged us with it. The Chiefs are back, the Bills clocked in, the Jets brought the only fun, and my Super Bowl and MVP bets are officially locked - pray for my wallet.

The Bills didn't play and I still found a way to suffer. I watched Jets-Panthers as penance, lost another Wild@1 Parlay, and had to record this episode twice after Riverside crashed. The Chiefs are back, Joe Flacco's confusing me, and the football gods are clearly having a laugh at my expense.

The Patriots keep ruining my bets, The Bills keep breaking my heart, and the Bengals might just ruin their own reputation. Meanwhile, Baker Mayfield's out here proving me right one win at a time.

It wasn't just football this week, it was personal. The Bills dragged me to Heartbreak. The Patriots are the Come on the Back winners, and browns fans are the worst.

Jaxson Dart finally got to show out, the Bills stay in the win column, and the Bears have won two in a row (!!). But the headline story? Lamar Jackson may have just given up against the Chiefs. Oh - and maybe the Packers aren't arenas good as we thought.
