What happens when people, leaders, and nations become convinced that their success makes them secure? In Ezekiel 25–28, God confronts the arrogance of surrounding nations, the pride of Tyre, and the false confidence of rulers who believed their wealth, wisdom, and power made them untouchable. This message explores how the same temptations still show up in our lives through achievement, comfort, politics, financial security, and even spiritual performance—and why lasting confidence can only be found in Jesus, the King whose kingdom will never fall.

Ezekiel 24 confronts us with the painful reality that sin can leave consequences we cannot easily undo. Through Jerusalem’s fall and Ezekiel’s personal loss, this message explores how God calls us to respond honestly and faithfully when suffering comes—whether through our own choices, the actions of others, or costly obedience. It also points toward the hope that judgment, grief, and loss do not have the final word in God’s redemptive plan.

In Ezekiel 18, God confronts the common tendency to blame our past, our family, or our circumstances for our spiritual condition. This sermon explores God's justice, His unwavering standard of righteousness, and His compassionate desire for people to turn from sin and experience true life. Ultimately, the message points to the hope that anyone who turns to Jesus in genuine repentance can find forgiveness and a new beginning.

In Ezekiel 12–14, God confronts a people who have grown more comfortable with lies than with truth. They ignore His warnings, listen to voices that reinforce what they already want, hide idols in their hearts, and assume someone else’s righteousness will be enough to save them. This message challenges us to recognize the warnings we would rather reject, resist the voices that reinforce our desires, remove the idols that rule our hearts, and reject righteous substitutes so we can rely only on Christ. God’s truth may confront us, but it is always meant to lead us away from destruction and back to life.

For four hundred years, the temple in Jerusalem was the one place on earth where the living God had promised to dwell with His people. Then Ezekiel witnesses the unthinkable: while the walls still stand and the songs are still being sung, the glory of God rises and walks out the door. How does the place where God chose to dwell become the place He chooses to leave? In this third message of our Untamed Glory series, we walk through one of Scripture's most sobering visions to face a warning we'd rather avoid and a hope we could never have imagined—because the same glory that departed came back, in the flesh, and in Jesus Christ a holy God has made His home in His people for good.

Ezekiel 4–7 is a sobering picture of what happens when God’s people resist Him again and again. Through Ezekiel’s vivid signs and warnings, God announces that Jerusalem’s security, worship, and way of life are about to collapse under the weight of their rebellion. Yet even in this difficult passage, we see the mercy of God calling sinners back before judgment comes. This message points us to the seriousness of sin, the patience of God, and the urgent hope we have in Christ.

This sermon begins our Untamed Glory series through the book of Ezekiel. In the opening chapters, Ezekiel sees a breathtaking vision of the glory of God and is then commissioned to speak God’s truth to a rebellious people who may refuse to listen. This message shows how seeing the glory of God should lead us to speak the truth of God with reverence, courage, and love. As Christians, we are not prophets in the same way Ezekiel was, but we have been sent by Christ to bear witness to the gospel, warn the lost, and proclaim the truth with faithfulness, knowing that God is with us.

Pastor Abraham Diyali will share about the new Nepali Christian church he is leading in our facilities, and Roy Angle, one of our supported missionaries, will give an update on his ministry in Dublin, Ireland. This message explores God's design for sexual intimacy within marriage from 1 Corinthians 7:1-5. In a culture that often distorts sex and a church culture that has sometimes misunderstood it, the Bible presents marital intimacy as a good gift from God to be enjoyed within the covenant of marriage. Rather than focusing on personal gratification, Paul teaches that healthy sexual relationships are built on mutual self-giving, intentionality, and loving service. This message challenges couples to communicate openly, prioritize intimacy, guard against temptation, and reflect the self-giving love of Christ, who gave His body for His bride.
