This is my first proper episode of this podcast. I discuss some of my reasons for starting it today; November 5th 2020. I go over who it isn't suitable for, as well as who might appreciate it. There's our first little play activity - perhaps I need a good name for these - send all ideas on the back of a postcard- blimey, I am so of my generation and isn't that fab?!! To round off, I explain why this episode has the title 'Develop your creative practice'. Now go put your life issues in a little neat box. Close the lid. This being the very first trial at a podcast, it's not exactly very long. No mention of sewing at all in the 21 seconds it lasts. But hey, we all have to start with one tiny step. Things can only get better
