Homework: Write down and answer these 3 questions 1) Where am I now? 2) Where do I want to get to? 3) What action steps can I take to get closer? 

Why join a book club? You don't have to be a nerd. It can be about any topic. It's an opportunity to network. 

All the hard work in the world, and all the income in the world doesn't matter if you spend it all every month. Budgeting is critical to building wealth and build a life where you have options. Living paycheck to pay check is stressful! Put yourself in a position where you have at least 3 months of savings in case an unforeseen event occurs.
