Welcome back! It has been a while. There’s has been so many changes, victories, trials, experiences that has encouraged me to learn and grow. I’m excited to get back to the grind with y’all and there is so much more that I can bring to our conversations with everything that I have learned; and why not start with my new motto of building a home within yourself🏡🙏🏾

Recently just went through a traumatic event. Haven’t really spoke much since, but these are my thoughts of how I’m navigating through it. Thank you to the people that have heard me and has been supporting me through this time and I hope these words will show the eminence of my gratitude. (*PE-KE*Big3*Perspective*)

Navigating through heartbreak is not easy for anyone, it’s hard. There are times when you feel at your best, and there are times when you feel at your worst. I am going through it as well, and let me tell you, it is not an easy thing to process and even talk about. There have been a few things that have been helping me and I hope that you can get something out of this conversation 🙏🏾

Here is the start to a major shift in making a difference! The Living Room was created for black men to come together and speak about sensitive topics and express ourselves with no filters; breaking the cycles of not expressing our emotions and getting more in tune with them to be better men for our families, friends, relationships, and most importantly, for ourselves. “Be tough”,”be a man”, “suck it up”, are the common phrases that society has formed around men that has led to many men to not be more in tune with their emotions, and today, we are breaking those cycles.
