Your audience are people who watch what you're doing, but your fanbase are active participants in your musical journey.  They share your music, watch your videos, and buy your merch. In today's episode, we discuss how to turn your audience members into active members of your fanbase. 

Your uniqueness is what's gonna make you blow up! A lot of up & coming artists want to compare themselves to their favorite stars, but really what's most important is how you showcase your uniqueness. 

Livestreaming with your fans is a great way to interact with your fans and give them a special experience.  As an artist, it also is a fun way for you you to also get feedback on your music in real time. 

By comparing yourself to bigger artists, it gives new listeners a point of reference for what your music sounds like.  If they already like the way a bigger artist sounds, by saying you sound similar to them, will make them far more likely to listen to your music as well.
