In this episode we’ll attempt to highlight some of the many connections between the giving of the Torah, in Exodus, and the events of Acts chapter 2. If we follow biblical prophecy, we see that one of the primary purposes of Holy Spirit’s coming is to empower men to obey. If we unhitch the giving of the Torah from the giving of the Spirit, we come up short and miss Father’s covenantal purposes.

I believe that it’s time we rightly understand what it means to “walk according to the Spirit.” The Feast of Shavuot is the perfect time to discuss the wondrous works that Yahweh has done to enable us to walk like His Son, Yeshua. Do you rightly understand the purpose of Holy Spirit and the endless connections that point us back to Mt. Sinai?

If I told my Christian friends and family that I was going to start calling the "God of the Bible" Allah, they'd write me off even more than they already have.

Interestingly however, when asked why they only say "God", many would also say that His Name just doesn't really matter. After all, "He knows Who I'm talking to", right? So which is it? Does His Name matter or not?

This brief episode challenges us to remember that Yahweh's great Name is a reminder that He wants us to intimately know Him, and address Him specifically. Do you declare His mighty Name? Let's find out!

Using a popular Christian song from 1983, we'll discuss the dangers of forsaking a proper theological foundation. In an effort to "be free" from legalistic behaviors, many have traded in the necessity of Bible study and knowledge for encounters and experiences alone.

In the Gospels we read of Yeshua sleeping in a boat alongside His wide-wake disciples. He is at rest. They are in great turmoil and distress. He is awakened and corrects them for their "little faith." And then He calms the storm.

Here we see our story. We need to admit that we're in need of help and rescue. Equally, wer'e in need of correction. And we need One Who will calm the storm. Today, Messiah will do the same for you.

When I was reading the account of King Josiah, in 2 Kings chapter 22, I felt like a light came on towards an intriguing connection. The high priest, Hilkiah, finds the Book of the Law and brings it out into the light. All over the Earth, in this generation, it seems that the *Great High Priest* is doing the exact same thing, right now.

Josiah's response to what he hears, as a righteous man who does not turn to the left or to the right, is of utmost importance. Could there be a key here for us today? Let's find out!

In John chapter 4, we see an interesting contrast between Yeshua's students and the Samaritan woman at the well. Some are found more concerned about natural circumstances and another is ready to truly listen to Messiah and receive the living waters that lead to eternal life.

This account shows us the great value in receiving the word of truth, when it is rightly heard and personally applied. On the other hand, too often we are all like the disciples in this text - missing the deeper matter at hand.

In this episode we'll set the account of Yeshua healing the man at the synagogue (with the withered hand, in Matthew 12) alongside Deuteronomy 22 and Exodus 23. If one studies the entire Word, from cover to cover, he will see that Yeshua never needed to exalt Himself over His Father's Law. In fact, all that He did was a perfect demonstration of It in action.
