In This episode I talk about the Health part of my Health, Wealth and Happiness Plan to the PathToPlot. I very broadly talk about my health journey.

The gaps are not what I was planning or hoping for in my podcast debut but life has a habit of getting in the way of my plans. But I am trying to get to a regular schedule of uploading on a Sunday.

There was so much I missed in this episode that I could have talked about. But I was unsure how much to share and also didn’t want to ramble on. Health can be a difficult subject to discuss. But it is very important to longevity.

My podcasting career got off to a good start and the left it nearly a month before managing to create the next episode. But I am learning as I go alone and even learning one thing that will improve my next episode I see as a win.

In this very first episode I just get started. I have been putting off for a long time. The phrase “Just Do It” finally has pushed me into uploading.

So the podcast is about the journey to find a plot of land and build a home that I can settle in. The route from here to there will be potted with many challenges, but it will fun to see how it spreads out.

I am very new to the world of podcasting and knowledge is scare but enthusiasm is in abundance. It may seem rustic and unpolished but I hope to change that with experience as I go.
