I'm excited to announce my new course for the quarter, Pathway to Peace. This offering was created to help you cultivate self-care and love through honest and vulnerable writing practice. Pathway to Peace will be centered on inner child journaling that will nurture who you are today and offer you supportive tips and tools on how to use writing as a consistent + daily tool that nurtures your younger (and current) self.

During our time together, we will be working through the following: 

Week 1: Nurturing Our Inner Child

Week 2: Making Peace with Our Past

Week 3: Holding Space for Self-Compassion

Week 4: Lessons + Letters Our Younger Self

It is going to be stretching and illuminating work! Looking forward to building through writing practice with everyone that joins. Registration closes on 7/30.
