Jeff Heggie joins the show and shares some very valuable information so you will not want to miss this episode. He shares more than I can type here. One is a simple equation is Success = Achievement + Fullfillment.
With a primary focus on empowering athletes to unlock their full potential, Jeff specializes in mastering the mental game to elevate performance levels and instill unwavering confidence in his clients.
In his role as a Success Coach, Jeff guides aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve optimal performance and reach their 10X goals by cultivating the right mindset.
Drawing on over two decades of entrepreneurial experience and a wealth of coaching knowledge, he strategically addresses both the mental and physical barriers that often hinder progress.
Recognizing the critical role of mindset in personal and professional success, Jeff prioritizes instilling the foundational principles necessary for his clients to ascend to the next level. His expertise extends beyond the boardroom, as he leverages his background as a former professional rodeo cowboy and more than two decades of basketball coaching experience to inspire and motivate.
A firm believer in the significance of the mental game, Jeff Heggie emphasizes that while athletes invest considerable time and effort into the physical aspects of their sport, the mental component is equally vital.
As a dedicated mental game coach, he empowers athletes to compete at the highest level with unparalleled confidence.
Jeff, alongside his wife Tamara, originally from Southern Alberta, has made Arizona their home. Family and sports hold a special place in his heart, as evidenced by his passion for coaching and supporting his children.

Leaders Look Within
Author Bio
My name is Brent Pohlman, CEO of Midwest Laboratories.
I am grateful to have been given the opportunity by my father, Ken Pohlman to take over a
great company that my father founded in 1975. I have always wanted to be a leader and owner
of a great company, and I am grateful for this opportunity to build on my father’s legacy.
My purpose in writing this book is to tell my story of transformation as a leader and why I am
convinced that leaders need to look deeper within themselves and find their true self. Leading
from the heart is the only way to lead.
I have learned so much as a leader, both professionally and personally and I am grateful each
and every day for the opportunity that has been given to me. I am especially grateful to my
wife, Michele who has supported me through my career and the writing of this book to tell my
story.
As a person who has sought out how to be an effective leader, I have learned that being a great
leader starts with you, the person reading this book right now. It is critical to own “you” and be
the CEO of your heart. My goal is that people, no matter where they are in their career or at
home can look within and live with a heart of gratitude each and every day. It is the only way
to live.
