Patricia Jones, the CEO of Connected Arrows International and Jen Spencer, the President and CEO of The Creative Executive join Chris to talk about their thoughts on change management, culture and employee performance.

Patricia opened the show by talking about managing change, how strategic is to organizational success, and how leaders might be a roadblock at times to organizations being successful with change. She identifies pragmatic ways to solving for creating a marriage among new talent, and legacy talent, to enable organizations to move faster and think differently.
