Holiday weekend plans

Quickbread recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1 cup chocolate chips 

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. 

Mix flour and baking powder, then mix with butter-sugar-egg mix alternating with milk. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake in greased and floured loaf pan or crock at 350F for one hour.
