Welcome Patriots! In this episode I cover two important events that are rarely spoken about and not listed in most American Revolution timelines. The Battle of Alamance took place over 2 hours in North Carolina, a year after the Boston Massacre. An important battle for many reasons, we discuss all of them and more. Then, we move onto what many call the first naval battle of the Revolution, The Gaspee Affair. This event illustrates just how fed up the Rhode Island colonists were with England.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy our discussion.

Welcome Patriots!
In this Bonus Episode, I share the amazing life of a successful tailor in New York, who became a spy for George Washington. Most people had not heard his name until the Broadway Musical "Hamilton" came out, but it's time he gets recognized for what he did. Not only did he help win the war, he literally saved George Washington from capture (or death) not once or twice, but three times!
Sit back, relax, and enjoy our discussion.

Episode 14: The Boston Massacre – Unraveling the Events that Changed History
Hello Fellow Patriots!
In this show I discuss what many call the "starting point" of the Revolution, that being The Boston Massacre. Did it happen the way we learned in school? Who was truly at fault? After scouring court transcripts, actual documents from the lawyers and notes of the trial, witness statements and about 8 hours of research, I do my best to paint a vivid picture for you of what truly happened and why.

Hello Fellow Patriots!
Tensions have reached the point where a murder takes place, or was it self-defense? In this show I discuss the Occupation of Boston, put the sheer number of soldiers into perspective, and then the tragic death of a young boy, Christopher Seider. Who was involved, the outcomes and all that was encompassed is covered in this detailed account.
Our next show will discuss the Boston Massacre.

I hope you enjoy this very interesting bonus episode (my third), where we discuss John Dickinson. John Dickinson was known as the "penman of the Revolution" as he was involved with writing and editing so many important documents. He may be best known for the pamphlet he wrote, which was a series of 12 letters, which inspired colonists abroad to do something about the tyranny taking place. The letters, and pamphlet, were called, "Letters From A Farmer In Pennsylvania.

Hello Fellow Patriots!
It's hard to fathom that England continued, time and time again, to impose Acts (laws, taxes, show of power) on the colonists. I understand that being in "control' of the colonies from 3,000 miles away was tough, but they continued to declare and enforce (or try to) Act after Act after Act. We are at the point of the story where it's about to explode into violence.
In this show I cover some of the Acts, the response and results from them, and one in particular that made Boston reach their limits.
Hang on tight, tensions are at the max and my next show is going to cover the occupation of Boston and the Boston Massacre.

Episode 9 • Bonus Episode • The Sons of Liberty – Founding Rebels of American Independence
I hope you enjoy our second bonus episode, just in time for Independence Day, where we discuss the Sons of Liberty. You have likely heard about them, but who were they exactly? When and how was it created? Who were the original members? What impact did they have on the formation of the United States?
In this episode we answer all of those questions and dive deep on one member in particular, John Hancock.
