The President of the Association for the Recovery of Children (ARC) is the Patron Saint of Missing Children. A recipient of the Intelligence Commendation Medal and multiple Exceptional Performance Awards, he leveraged his ten-year CIA undercover operative experience in global field intelligence.

A paramilitary officer, he is an expert in policy development, operational doctrine, hostage rescue, and clandestine techniques. He acts as a "life guarantor" for individuals in high-threat environments and wrote the Terrorism Survival Handbook. CNN, CNBC, and MSNBC have consulted him on terrorism and homeland security.

A Citadel graduate, former US Marine, and CIA officer, founded ARC in 1993. This non-profit, made up of intelligence, military, and law enforcement personnel, has a 100% success rate in recovering missing and exploited American children. In 2019, Baz presented ARC's legislative initiative at the White House and the DOJ, pushing for severe penalties for child exploitation.

A veteran of the CIA and military, he is a successful actor and content creator, often consulted for technical and creative expertise. He recently spent four seasons on NBC's "The Blacklist" as Raymond Reddington’s paramilitary commander.
