In today's episode, we have the pleasure of speaking with Paul Archer. Based right here in Melbourne, Paul is a beloved meditation and yoga teacher, and trainer of teachers. With a focus on yin and restorative yoga, he imparts his wisdom through his teachings at the Australian Yoga Academy and at his own studio, Yogacita, in Carnegie Melbourne. He is the proud author of the award-winning book, "The Esoteric Science of Restorative Yoga."

We were excited to catch up with Paul, and learn about his rich and varied life experiences, including how his mother lived in a community in Northern California based around the philosophies of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky, or how his parents enrolled him into the Dublin School of Philosophy and Economic science at the age of 3!
