Saturnian Sessions are where we unwind with the dreamy vibes of Saturday Night. This time it was with my friend Igor from the band Biocarbon13. I met Igor in Chicago circa 2006 when I was touring with Red Flag and stayed in touch over the years. We talk about his new album Nexus, the good old days of goth and industrial music, encounters with Red Flag, his exodus from Soviet Russia, the great things about America, the dangers of single-party government and much more.

I talk about my understanding of the Left-Hand Path which is largely influenced by Stephen Flowers' book Lords of the Left Hand Path where he distills it down to several components:

Self-deification and antinomianism.

1. Self-deification – attainment of an enlightened (or awakened), independently existing intellect and its relative immortality.

2. Individualism – the enlightened intellect is that of a given individual, not a collective body.

3. Initiation – The enlightenment and strength of essence necessary for the desired state of evolution of self are attained by means of stages created by the will of the magician, not because he or she was “divine” to begin with.

4. Magic – practitioners of the LHP see themselves as using their own wills in a rationally intuited system or spiritual technology designed to cause the universe around them to conform to their self-willed patterns.

Antinomianism

Antinomianism NEEDS at least one of Self-Deification aspects.

It Satanatheim a Left-Hand Path?

Is Zoroastrianism the original LHP?

Fritz Peters was Gurdjieff's Chairboy. We can learn a few lessons from his experience, especially the lesson of the Few vs. the Many and how this is a natural law rather than exclusivity practice.

Well I was getting ready to get on the plane to Portland to host the Black Flame PDX festival and I realized how badly the world could use a little Supersubstantial Fire right now so here you go. In Paradise Lost John Milton used the term Empyreal Substance to refer to what we would call the Supersubstantial Fire, and Lucifer assures Beelzebub it is something within you that cannot be destroyed. So have faith in yourself as you continue to fight for independence, free-will, liberty, and the Left-Hand Path.

Brian Werner is the vocalist for the Death Metal band Vital Remains. He was a founding member of The Satanic Temple which he later resigned from and he gets into the details about why.

We talk about how he found the LHP and the Satanic Bible at the age of 13, growing up on the streets of Chicago, our early days playing with bands in the 90s - Autism and Morphine Angel. Packers vs Bears. His early days with Lucien Graves and founding The Satanic Temple. The controversial Baphomet Statue. The Compleat Witch vs. Satanic Feminism. How liberalism got tangled up in the movement. The importance of Free Speech, 2nd Amendment. Problems with SJWs. The Equality delusion. Universal Healthcare.

Seeing Notre Dame burning saddened me greatly. I had been there in 2011 and explored many of the 'Easter Eggs' identified by P. D. Ouspensky in his book New Model of the Universe. I share the essay from Mr. O here and some of my experiences and reflections on what represents the complete and permanent loss of a different quality of knowledge that can never be replaced.

A deep conversation with my old friend and fellow musician occult writer and founding member of the Greater Church of Lucifer Michael W. Ford. We discuss the old days playing gigs and hanging out in the Houston Goth Scene of the early 00s, how he found the Left-Hand Path, the significance of LaVey, Crowley, Aquino et al, his approach to Zoroastrianism, the politicization of the LHP and everything in between.

The discussion about Chaos and Black Magic continues and goes even a few layers deeper even.

Book Reference: The Dim Hypothesis, by Leonard Peikoff.

Interview with Columbian Sorcerer and Black Magician Edgar Kerval. We talk about Qliphotic Sorcery, Shamanism, the Red Path, Black Magic, Satanism, Thelema, Aleister Crowley and all sorts of fun things. Also him musical project Emma Ya. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we had a lot more in common than I expected going into it and looking forward to working with him at the Black Flame PDX festival in Portland April 28-30.

I saw the movie Lords of Chaos about the Norwegian Black Metal scene Church burnings and murders and it brought up so many thoughts and memories and connections I just had to have a brain dump over it.
