In an effort to understand I went to Secret of the Golden Flower, a book I'd read years ago but never quite understood. Shortly thereafter I discovered JJ Semple and his collection of works on the Secret of the Golden Flower, documenting his own experiences and eventual meeting with Gopi Krishna, the man largely responsible for creating the Kundalini 'buzz' in the West.
