Paul shares that there are two elements of capability. It's intrinsic capability; who we are and what we offer, what we offer our customers, and then there is the potential capability of what we can become in that space.

To achieve one's potential, it's important to get uncomfortable. "You gotta get out of your easy chair and you gotta step forward and make a difference."
