Paul has been an international coach for over 25 years but is now back in Australia and is the current Manager of Pathways and Education for the Northern Territory Rugby Union.

During this episode we about his first pro coaching with Stade Francais and coaching Uruguay at the 2003 World Cup.

We talked about making mistakes and what doesn't kill us as coaches makes us stronger.
