Hailing from West Chester, just outside of Philadelphia – Paul McCabe was first introduced into the House scene from Philly DJ, Joey Crawford back in 1997 where they attended college together. This eventually led him to Philadelphia where almost every weekend you could find him in 611 Records or Cue Records digging for solid grooves.

He would travel anywhere good music was being played, often New York to the famous “Body n Soul” party which expanded his horizons on song selection and filter techniques. Philadelphia was home though and it offered up a variety of great artists that inspired his music taste and set selection. Rich Medina, Sean Thomas, King Britt, DEL all played a major role in his style and you could often find him at Fluid behind the booth wanting to learn from the best.

He has headlined under the moniker Paul Soul at Sundae Philadelphia, a weekly event landing the best talent the scene has to offer. His mixes reflect the choice of quality produced tracks that have a deep, disco vibe that is layered in soul.
