Running 5800 miles around the entire United Kingdom coastline seems a small price to pay to honour his best mate who recently took his own life.
Now 18 year Army veteran, Paul Minter, himself a survivor of war; he was blown up twice and was one of only three out of seventeen to emerge alive from an ambush; and a survivor of severe mental health problems suffered as a direct result, aims to use the run and the knowledge he has, to help fellow sufferers and save lives.
