Paul Roos is an icon of the Australian Football League (AFL).Roosy played 356 VFL/AFL Games, was x7 All Australian (91’ and 92’ as Captain), x5 Best & Fairest winner, Fitzroy Team of the Century member, AFL Hall of Fame inductee and Sydney Swans Premiership Coach in 2005.In this episode of DREAMS into SUCCESS we discuss the importance of building relationships, being vulnerable, developing self-awareness and how to be a good leader (both in a sporting organisation and in the business world).Roosy talks about his coaching experience, the fond memories of coaching the Sydney Swans to a Premiership victory in 2005, breaking a 72-year drought for the Club.
