In 2010, Paula was introduced into the England Athletics Hall of Fame and was also nominated for World Sportswoman of the year on several occasions.
Paula currently resides in Monaco with her husband Gary Lough, a former middle-distance runner , and their two children Isla and Raphael.
In this chat, we discussed her life post competitions and true to form she gives 100% of her heart and soul into many great causes .
