Another obvious but important point to mention, is the growing chinese car market and China’s support of the E V movement by giving out incentives such as purchase subsidies. E V and hybrid auto sales in China more than doubled last month. It is expected that the Chinese E V market will grow at a CAGR of 25% over the next five years.

Nio is a promising company, but not necessarily a promising investment. On YouTube you’ll hear two camps of people preaching how sky's the limit and they’ll point to Tesla as proof. Tesla is definitely a good indication of what could happen with Nio stock. Nio has never turned a profit, which is not inherently bad. Also, marketing costs are rising alongside R&D, and price pressure is getting worse. I invest in many unprofitable growth companies, but just look at the stock price. We are almost near all time highs. If I had money in Nio, I would be cautious to say the least. And if I were to invest in Nio, I would wait for a pullback. But that’s just me personally. I’m just a dude on You Tube. So hey, don’t sue me bro. The worst seems to be behind this company, when they actually were facing odds of bankruptcy last year. Now, things are looking good, investor sentiment and optimism is high, perhaps too high, so I’d be cautious, but they are going in the right direction, they have government backing and metrics are looking good. A major challenge to monitor for Nio will be their evolution in comparison to tesla, balancing quality versus scale production and win market share.

The USA started developing water systems by 1850. Therefore, a lot of them are getting very old. When lead and copper start to erode, they release small particles in the water which can lead to kidney failure, brain damage and other sickness. To keep the population healthy and protect the environment, the United States environmental protection agency put a limit on the PPM of contaminants in water. To respect this limit operation and maintenance spending has increased drastically over the last decades. However, investments in infrastructures remain stagnant and are even starting to decrease. Once the USA realizes that this is not a sustainable practice, they will start investing and infrastructure which will be a great opportunity for H2O Innovation to shine. The American water works association estimates that at least 1 trillion dollars will be poured into underground pipes restoration, and that doesn’t include new infrastructure or water treatment plants repairing.   In conclusion, I think H2o is a solid company that will prove its value even more as we realize the urgency of our situation when it comes to water. I’m going to wait a little bit before buying some shares because their price almost tripled since March and I want to let it cool down a bit. This will definitely be a long play since the firm is expanding through organic growth.

Looking into the future, this company will most likely be unprofitable for many years because it's pursuing such a high level of growth. If we compare very good butchers stock to #beyondmeat stock. At their offering, beyond meat had a 26 times revenue to market cap ratio. In contrast, very good butchers are at around 4 times that amount. Needless to say, at the current stock price, it is very overvalued. Although the company is overvalued right now, it has extreme growth potential. If we look at the trend with the transition to plant-based diet's in the near future, this small Canadian company is set to capitalize on that opportunity. The fact that it is using its cash from the I P O, to fund their growth nationally is a very good thing. #Verygoodbutcher stock is very volatile at the moment, and quite notable share dilution is on the horizon. I’m staying away for now. But I would definitely buy some around the 2 dollar range for the canadian version of the stock. The stock is hot right now, but it definitely has the potential to cool down, especially after having seen such an aggressive pop.
