Have you ever wondered how the best in the world do it? Whether they are dogs or humans, there is always something to learn from them. In this episode, Baylor shares the most valuable lesson she learned from a Shetland Sheepdog that won the Westminster Masters Agility Championship. Enthusiasm is key. Finding your passion and remembering why you got into it in the first place is the first step to truly excel. Baylor emphasizes the importance of snapping into "go mode" and creating a routine to get into that mode. He advises us to only take advice from people who have walked the path and lived the life. Finally, Baylor stresses the importance of being able to turn off and relax after accomplishing our objectives. It's not about being on all the time, but when we are on, we should give it everything we have.
