Mia and Laurie are trying to muddle through the challenges of being a woman and trying to get a to the top. They tackle some very important questions: How are we going to be equal when we just are not made the same? Women are always a battle to be treated equality in working world. Is this something that we really want? Or, should we redefine what we mean by treated equal? It is hard to find equality on an un-level playing field.
