I have been away from the podcast scene for a minute just trying to deal with this COV-19 crap and the tremendous downturn in our economy and the growing disparity in the racial injustices that Black people face in America. I have been trying to find positive words to bring to you but now I have decided to say F%@^ that it is what it is. There is no room for positivity here. My positive has left the room.

Cov-19, social media and technology really has us lost without a clue how to find ourselves. Sometimes you really need to put things into perspective and analyze what really matters in life.
